We will discuss your requirements and suggest possible locations and resorts that will match your family profile. We will also help with travel and transportation needs if required and even advise you on seasonal variations at your desired location, such as climate, temperature, excursions/sightseeing and the best time to travel.

OUR SERVICE STANDARDS 

We are committed to providing our members with high quality services that are well structured, creative, and economically viable. We are fair, honest, courteous and professional. We are sensitive to our clients needs and dedicated to their satisfaction. If a member has made an inquiry or a request to the service centre the members will be contacted by the service centre within 72 hours whether the service centre has a solution or not. If the member contacts a service centre outside opening hours through voice or email the service centre will contact the member within 24 hours. In order to empower our staff in giving the highest service standard, we recognise the importance of each individual and his or her active role in the success of the entire company. We are committed to the recruitment and development of dynamic individuals in our industry. We provide our people with opportunities to grow and have a vested interest in the success of the company.
